Description

The Market Forge 977181 Brass Washer is a sealing interface in commercial assemblies, to close the gaps between joined parts. It is normally placed at the connection points where liquids or steam are flowing through fittings, to keep a controlled seal when heating and in operation. This is present in professional kitchen kettles, whereby performance and leak prevention are demanded. It is also a component of the kettle system that facilitates the functionality of the valves and connections by minimizing the movement and loss of fluids so that the appliance can work as it was designed in the repetitive cooking cycles.
