Description

The Southern Pride 9830 Chip Wood Box is a smoke-generating part that is used to keep wood chips in place during food-smoking operations for compatible smoking equipment. The box operates by keeping wood material close to the heat source of the appliance, and letting smoke design, and flow around the smoker chamber during cooking cycles. It is placed in the smokers combustion or heating chamber, where the smoke is generated. The location in the smoking system supports the development of controlled flavor and uniform smoke movement during commercial meat and food preparation processes.
