The Ranco A10-4517 Temperature Control With Dial is a thermostat that can be used in compatible commercial equipment. It keeps track of the internal temperature of the appliance, and switches on or off the compressor or cooling system based on the dial choice. The control is mounted in the control panel of the appliance, and is normally changed when it does not keep the correct temperature or the dial stops responding. This element can be accurately adjusted in the 12 degrees Fahrenheit to 48 degrees Fahrenheit range, which is used in food storage and correct operation of the systems in commercial kitchens and food service use.
