The Pitco A1907902C Fryer Joint Strip Stainless Steel 24-5/16 inch X 1-1/4 inch is barrier at the section junction to ensure the containment of oil and structural place. It is placed between adjacent tank panels to restrict the separation due to heating expansion and operational vibration. The strip is used to hold stable contact surfaces that are subjected to repeated thermal cycles.
