The Garland CK4522266 Open Top Air Shutter W/Screw and Washer 2-1/2in OD 1/2in ID Inlet is used as an airflow modulator system in an open-top range burner. It is installed at the inlet point of the gas and maintains the balance of air that enters the gas. When the adjustment has been made, the screw and washer fix the chosen setting. This element is used into the burner structure and it is used in a restricted space. It is stabilizing flame condition and is usually altered during servicing to correct operating conditions associated with combustion.
