Description

The Roundup - AJ Antunes AJA7000400 Interlock Switch is a replacement part that is applied in vertical toasters. It is mounted in the toaster cabinet, and it is meant to sense where access panels or doors are and cut off electrical power when the panels are opened. This switch is used in commercial foodservice conditions to ensure that the toaster is not used when cleaning or servicing the equipment to minimize equipment damage. The toaster has a secure and control system, which in this case, liaises with other electrical elements to ensure that it can only be used in suitable conditions.
