The Roundup - AJ Antunes AJA7001443 Control Board is an electronic control board for the internal use of commercial food holding and warming units. It does this by observing the electrical signals and regulating the heating operation to keep the inside of the warmer unit at a constant temperature during food holding times. The board is placed in the equipment control compartment and is linked with other electrical equipment that controls the heat and operation of the system, which uses warming equipment to keep food at the proper serving temperature. Its operation in the system is to coordinate heating performance and aid controlled operation.
