Description

The Alto-Shaam PR-37483 Dixell NTC Defrost Probe & Fan Relay W/8" Black Lead is a refrigeration monitoring and fan control part for commercial refrigeration systems. The NTC probe is mounted in the cabinet either near the evaporator or the airflow part, and it is used to sense the temperature inside the cabinet during the cooling and defrost cycles, and report the temperature to the electronic controller. The connected relay supports controlling the evaporator fan according to the system's needs. It works in the refrigeration control system to assist in maintaining food holding and refrigerated storage equipment at the proper temperature, control airflow and automatically defrost.
