The Alto-Shaam PR-46999 Smoker Oven Quick release probe 820 mm is a temperature sensor part that is used in compatible to detect internal food or chamber temperatures during cooking. Its design can be easily inserted and taken out by the operators without any tools because of its quick-release design to be able to measure or clean the probe. This probe is installed in the probe port of the oven and is linked to the control system to enable the appliance to regulate and monitor its temperature to ensure the same cooking results. It is mostly applied in restaurant kitchens and other food services where correct temperature is necessary.
