Description

The Alto-Shaam ALTSR2266 Side Rack is a stainless steel support rack designed for compatible 1000-TH-I and 1000-TH-II holding equipment. Installed along the side of the cabinet interior, the rack provides a structured support surface for positioning food pans or containers at the designated level. Its mounting points connect with the cabinet's internal support structure to hold the rack securely during loading and unloading. The rack works with the cabinet rails and food pans to organize the holding chamber while allowing heated air to circulate around stored products. It forms part of the equipment's internal storage and pan-support system.
