The Alto-Shaam ALTTT3057 Thermostat is a temperature controller part installed in ovens and holding cabinets to measure and adjust the level of heat inside. It has a 3/16 inch sensing bulb, a 15-3/8 inch capillary tube, and a 42-inch lead which detects the temperature and transmits signals to the control set to the desired set point.
