Description

The American Range A37405 Fryer LP Gas Valve Millivolt AFM 35/50 AF is a gas flow controller in fryer assemblies that is controlled by a millivolt control signal. It opens and closes internal passages by electrical conversion of heat-induced millivolt input, controls fuel flow to ignition components, and coordinates pilot flame interaction and main burner porting by calibrated valve response. The unit is fitted in the fryer gas line assembly between the supply inlet and the burner control section enabling it to be integrated with the millivolt control circuit and gas regulation pathway in the commercial fryer assembly architecture framework.
