American Range A40004 Socket Spit Assembly ACB-7/14

The American Range A40004 Socket Spit Assembly is a mechanical component to connect and support a rotating spit assembly in compatible ACB-7/14 commercial cooking equipment. Installed at the designated spit mounting position, the socket provides the interface that holds the spit shaft while allowing it to rotate during operation. As the drive mechanism turns the spit, the socket maintains the shaft’s position and transfers the rotational movement through the connected assembly. Its mounting arrangement keeps the rotating component aligned with the cooking chamber and surrounding supports. The assembly works with the spit shaft and drive components to maintain controlled rotation during cooking cycles.
