Description

The American Range A99763 Fire Box AECB-24 is a combustion housing part for commercial gas charbroiler systems. It works by containing and holding up burner assemblies which create controlled flames for cooking. The heat from the firebox is radiated up through the cooking surface so that the grill is cooked evenly. It also controls the airflow and the distribution of the flames to ensure uniform heat in several cooking zones. It is mounted in compatible AECB-24 charbroiler units under the cooking grills in the bottom part of the cabinet.
