American Range A99800 Griddle Grease Can Assembly ARMG ARTG

The American Range A99800 Griddle Grease Can Assembly ARMG ARTG is an OEM grease collection component designed for compatible commercial appliances. It is placed beneath the griddle surface to capture cooking grease, oils, and food runoff during operation, directing waste into a removable can for safe disposal and routine cleaning. This assembly is used in both manual griddles and ARTG thermostatic griddle systems, where it forms part of the lower grease management setup that supports sanitary operation and prevents buildup inside the equipment. It is commonly found in restaurant kitchens, commercial foodservice operation and other high-volume cooking conditions. The unit integrates with the griddle frame to allow easy removal and servicing during daily maintenance.
