Description

The Anets C918300C Basket Hanger 18E/SLG100 is used to support fryer baskets allowing them to be mounted on a structured mounting point to hold them in place during cooking cycles. It is attached to the fryer frame in such a way that baskets can be raised, emptied and suspended in position as the oil circulates in the vat. The basket hanger is mounted in the fryer equipment that is compatible with the interior upper support area of the fry vat assembly where it attaches the fryer baskets over the oil chamber to drain and stage them in an organized manner during frying processes in commercial fryer systems and service areas.
