APW AS-1481710 Electronic Griddle Probe

The APW AS-1481710 Probe is a temperature-sensing component designed to monitor the cooking surface temperature in compatible commercial griddles. Positioned at the designated sensing point beneath or against the griddle plate, the probe detects thermal changes and sends an electrical signal to the equipment’s temperature control circuit. The controller uses this input to determine when the heating elements should energize or cycle off, regulating heat across the cooking surface. Its wiring connects directly to the griddle control system, while the sensing end remains exposed to the monitored temperature zone during normal equipment operation.
