The APW AS-2066854 Gas Griddle Orifice 54 is a high accuracy gas control element that is applied in liquid propane systems. It is installed in the burner gas path and it measures the right amount of LP gas to assist in maintaining stable ignition and steady flame action. The size of the opening is essential to the calibration of the heat output and effective combustion. This opening has a direct application to the temperature accuracy over the griddle surface. In case of blockage, wear or improper sizing, replacement of orifice will restore normal gas flow.
