The APW AS-2092904 Pilot Orifice is used in commercial cooking equipment to regulate gas flow to the burner. It has a 1/4 inch CCT fitting and a.012 inch orifice size to meter fuel to sustain a constant pilot flame. The flat design of the counter makes sure that it is properly positioned in the pilot assembly. This component in foodservice keeps the main burner ignited in repeated start cycles.
