APW AS-69145 Thermometer Drum 30°F-250°F

The APW AS-69145 Thermometer Drum 30°F-250°Fmeasures temperature through a calibrated sensing element that responds to drum surface heat and converts it into a readable dial output. It continuously tracks thermal changes on the drum exterior and translates fluctuations into visual readings that indicate current temperature conditions for monitoring purposes. The thermometer is typically placed on the exterior drum surface of food processing or cooking equipment where continuous temperature observation is required and is positioned to allow direct contact reading from the metal housing for consistent monitoring during operation cycles without external electronic intervention required for reading display in processing conditions
