Description

The Bakers Pride AS-M1008A Oven Pressure Regulator is used to the natural gas pressure control component. It has 3/4-inch connection and a 3- to 6-inch range of water columns and it has controls over the incoming gas before it reaches internal controls. It is placed in the gas line, which allows it to maintain a steady pressure at any given time. Its contribution is a vital requirement for sustaining steady combustion and accurate heating reaction. This regulator is normally applied in commercial situations where the gas supply is controlled to ensure proper operation of the oven.
