The Bakers Pride AS-R3022X Air Shutter Single Plate 2-Slots Fits is used in conjunction with compatible gas burners where a 2-1/2 inch diameter hole is required. It operates by moving into the airstream of the burner to add or remove the quantity of air added to the gas before combustion to provide better control of flame properties and heat production. The plate with two holes is single and is placed on the air inlet tube of the burner and attached to ensure that it cannot move, but can be adjusted when necessary.
