Description

The A La Carte AT1E27031 Steamer Vacuum Pump 60Hz operates by using an internal electromagnetic motor to push a high-frequency piston to attain a pressure difference to pull fluids through the system. This mechanical movement creates a vacuum to aid in the movement of steam or the extraction of condensation throughout the cycle of operation of the appliance. The unit is placed in the internal bottom of the equipment. This is an electrical part that operates with 0.6 amps to sustain the usual flow demands of matching commercial kitchen steamers.
