The Montague B-36 Thermostat with Dial BJWA 3/16" X 8" capillary 36" is a mechanical temperature control part that is designed to control the amount of heat in commercial cooking equipment. It works in temperatures ranging between 150°F and 400°F enabling operators to adjust and maintain the same temperatures of cooking. The unit is typically found in gas or electric ovens, griddles and other foodservice appliances where the temperature must remain constant. It is installed as part of the control system of the appliance itself and detects temperature by monitoring the temperature of the water.
