Description

The Pitco B8707001CL Ignition Spark Control produces and control the electrical spark needed to start the burner assembly of commercial cooking equipment. It control the ignition sequence and provides voltage to the ignition component when starting to start the burner. This element is usually fitted in the electrical control compartment of the fryer and is connected to the ignition circuit and burner system. It assists in communication between the ignition assembly and other controls of operation in the heating cycle. The control module is compatible with Pitco fryer systems that have a 120 V ignition spark control assembly to activate and operate the burner.
