The Cleveland SK2379301 Drain Ball Valve With Metal Handle 4" 1/4" FPT works by rotating a metal-handled ball mechanism of the commercial system. When the handle is rotated, the internal ball aligns or blocks the port to control the passage in the connected piping and to direct discharge through the valve body to move the flow. It is fitted in drainage assemblies or equipment drain lines in commercial installations, where it is placed to control the flow of outlets at discharge points and access points for maintenance in the plumbing system.
