Description

The Berkel 3875-00138 Slice Deflector is a discharge component used in commercial food slicing machines to direct the cut part away from the blade after separation. Positioned close to the cutting zone, it channels slices toward the receiving tray while reducing contact with moving parts. This arrangement supports steady part transfer during continuous operation in food preparation settings. Commonly used in delis, butcher counters, and catering areas, it provides controlled output flow, improved handling, and safer movement of sliced parts within the equipment assembly.
