The 48 inch long capillary tube in this FDH body type thermostat allows for precise temperature regulation, so the cooking conditions remain optimal. The dial makes temperature adjustments easy, and it has 1/2" NPT inlet and outlet connections for easy integration into Blodgett 1000, 1048, 1060, and 999 oven models. The Blodgett offer improved cooking consistency, reduced risk of overheating and improved energy efficiency.
