Description

The Blodgett BL18227 Temperature Control Board is an essential element in oven that is used to keep the temperature of right level. This board can cook and bake with the range of temperatures at 200°F to 500°F. It is equipped with sophisticated electronics to monitor oven temperature, compare that to the set point and control and reactivate heating elements as needed. That means we are getting consistent and even heat across the chamber of the oven, which in turn makes consistent and high quality food preparation.

Step1: Disconnect the oven's electrical power before accessing components.

Step2: Open the control panel to locate the circuit board.
