The Blodgett BL2358 Oven Gas Valve Handle is a replacement control component that is used to regulate the amount of gas flowing through corresponding valve assemblies. It will fit a 1/4 inch D-stem, and will give accurate contact with the valve shaft, and can be turned by hand in a controlled manner. The size of the 3 inch by 1 inch allows easy positioning and handling during adjustment. This handle is mounted on the front control area and it converts the user input directly into the valve mechanism. The original handle might need replacement under commercial operating conditions will help in controlling the gas correctly.
