Blodgett BL33152 Temperature Control with Potentiometer is an essential part of the commercial ovens ST-300, Zephaire 50E, and Zephaire E & G models. The control system of this oven is based on a potentiometer to provide precise temperature adjustments within the oven. Sensing the internal temperature in the oven and comparing that value to the desired temperature set by the user, the technology works. This potentiometer allows you to fine tune the temperature setting, to allow for accurate and consistent cooking results. This control system offers improved temperature stability, better cooking accuracy and easier temperature adjustment for multiple cooking applications.
