Description

The Blodgett BL6138 CCW Rotation Blower Wheel W/Puller Hub 8-1/2" convection airflow component is designed for compatible commercial kitchen equipment. It mounts to the motor shaft using a design and rotates counterclockwise to circulate heated air throughout the oven cavity. This airflow maintains even temperature distribution across all rack levels, supporting consistent roasting results. As part of the convection system, the wheel plays a key role in internal heat movement and supporting thermal performance in commercial kitchens and food production conditions.
