The Blodgett BL8348 Direct Vent Draft Hood is an essential part of equipment to help make ovens much more efficient and safe model 1000, 1048, 1060 and 999. This stainless steel draft hood is 12" x 24" with 10" round take off, inlet 24" x 3" and 20-1/2" high. It helps in dealing with exhausts and keep airway within the kitchen as optimal as possible by moving smoke and heat back to the oven.
