Description

The Blodgett BL90058 Oven K-Type Thermostat W/Bulb is a temperature-control component used in a compatible commercial kitchen to sense chamber temperature and regulate the connected heating circuit. The 11-5/8-inch bulb is installed at the specified sensing location inside oven where it respond to changes in temperature during operation. The thermostat uses this thermal response to change its electrical contacts and cycle the heat source around the selected temperature setting. Its 3/16-inch bulb configuration corresponds to designated mounting arrangement. The component works with oven wiring, heating system and control mechanism to maintain the required cooking temperature and can be removed for inspection, testing or replacement.
