The American Range A32001 Black Burner Knob is a user interface control that is used in commercial charbroilers and other cooking systems of this type. This knob has an outer diameter of 2 1/2 inches and a flat-down D-stem 0.240 inches with 1/4 inch protrusion so that the burner valve stem may be switched between Off and On positions. It gives a touch point to control the heat production and turn on the burner. It is designed to provide accurate manual control of the burner valve, which adds to the correct cooking performance and operating under foodservice conditions.
