The Nemco 56539-2 Blade Assembly 1/4" is a replacement cutting to fit compatible food preparation equipment that gives a slice or cut. This is installed in the cutting mechanism of the slicer and, in conjunction with the drive and feed systems of the machine, shears the product food items that constantly pass through the blade.
