Description

The Prince Castle 910-50 Dice Witch Blade Assembly is a cutting part for food preparation in commercial cooking systems. Integrate into a dicing mechanism to chop ingredients into even 3/8" chunks. It works by locking into the compatible assembly hub, and during the working of the dicing mechanism, the product is cut into uniform cubes by the rotation of the mechanism, which is carried out through the cutting paths. It is mounted in the dicing area of suitable food preparation machinery as part of the cutting blade assembly system which is attached to the drive components of the machine and is aligned for synchronized operation within the food preparation machine enclosure.
