Description

The Blodgett 17752 Compartment Mark Liner Bottom V/DFG is porcelain coated to use the commercial convection oven. This liner is located at the bottom of the cooking compartment bottom but also shields the bottom of the cabinet from heat, spills and food residue. The porcelain surface reflects heat in the compartment to support maintaining cooking. The liner connects with other cavity panels and insulation assemblies that are used in establishing the proper air flow patterns and thermal efficiency within the oven chamber.
