Description

The Blodgett 35972 Baffle Kit is an airflow management system that is compatible with CTB1. It operates by guiding and regulating the flow of hot air within the oven. The baffle panel directs the air generated by the convection fan in such a way that the hot air flows through the cooking cavity in a regulated manner. This spreads heat in the interior of the oven during use. The kit also contains the baffle panel and mounting brackets that are needed for the installation. It is mounted in the oven cavity close to the fan and heating area, where it is mounted on the interior wall with the supplied brackets.
