Description

The Blodgett 51058 Panel Decal Assembly is an overlay with a labeled interface to the convection oven control system, displaying printed indicators of operating and cycle choices. The printed surface markings are used to interact with the control panel on the oven by matching the switches and display areas to the selections of baking modes, temperature, and timed operations, which are visually represented on the face of the control panel. It is placed on the front control panel of the IQ2 DFG50 convection oven where the decal assembly is placed over the interface surface so that the operator can see it when controlling the oven.
