Description

The Blodgett 7905 Left Hand Flue Plate 981 directs gases outside of the oven chamber to ensure that there is the proper airflow, and air temperature distribution. It works by directing hot air and burning byproducts to the flue to avoid heating the oven cavity. The plate is mounted on the left side of the venting system and it fits the mounting points and flue openings. Controlling exhaust flow assists in maintaining constant cooking temperatures, improving thermal efficiency and assists in making commercial ovens effective.
