TurboChef 100083 Oven Blower Motor

The TurboChef 100083 Blower Motor is a part of an air movement system for high-speed commercial oven systems. It operates by operating a fan assembly to move heated air throughout the cooking chamber to provide uniform temperature in the chamber, and fast transfer of heat to food products. This motor is used in conjunction with the oven's control system to balance the airflow in the oven during cooking cycles. It is fitted into compatible ovens, placed in the blower housing near the heating elements, and is an integral component of the convection and airflow system of rapid-cook foodservice equipment.
