MIDDLEBY MARSHALL:
Step1: Turn off the breaker and unplug the oven to prevent electrical shock.
Step2: Remove the rear or side access panel to reach the blower motor.
Step3: Disconnect wiring and note locations for proper reconnection.
Step4: Loosen the blower wheel set screw and slide it off the shaft.
Step5: Remove mounting bolts and take out the old motor.
Step6: Install the new motor, secure bolts, reconnect wiring, and test operation.
