TurboChef HCT-3022 Oven Blower Service Kit

Inspect the blower housing for accumulated grease or food particles. Verify the fan wheel is securely mounted and the motor draws normal current; replace the blower if airflow drops or unusual vibration is noted.

• Disconnect power to the oven and allow it to cool fully.
• Remove the end panel covering the blower compartment on the right-hand side.
• Label and disconnect the wiring harness from the existing blower motor assembly.
• Unbolt and remove the old blower unit, clean out any debris within the cavity.
• Install the HCT-3022 kit in the same orientation, bolt down securely and reconnect wiring to the motor speed controller.
• Restore power, run a test cycle and confirm air circulation is restored without excess noise or motor strain.

Typical problems are worn bearings causing squealing or wheel wobble, food-grease build-up reducing blade pitch and airflow, and incorrect motor speed resulting in insufficient circulation.

The TurboChef HCT-3022 Blower Service Kit is compatible with TurboChef HhC 2620, HhC 2020, and HhC 1618 conveyor oven models. These models use the same blower configuration and airflow design, making the kit a direct fit with no modification needed.
