The Blodgett 6500 Blower Switch DPST 7/8" x 1-1/2" is a substitute part of a control switch, which is installed in convection ovens to turn on and off the oven blower motor. It is mounted on the control panel or internal chassis of the oven and is used to complete or interrupt electrical circuits to Star Mfgt up and shut off the blower whenever cooking is in progress. This switch is applicable in professional kitchens in case of maintenance or repair where normal air circulation is needed. It assists in ensuring even distribution of heat through regulating the work of the blower during normal baking and roasting.
