Blodgett 55346 Blower Wheel is a key factor of commercial oven's for circulating hot air with better efficiency. For instance, this wheel is generally made out of strong materials like aluminum or steel and has its particular design; the blades angle all throughoutologually, so as to push the air throughout the oven chamber. When operational, the blower motor spins the wheel, pushing hot air around so that it is all evenly distributed and all food items are cooked consistently.
