Description

Blodgett 15853 5/8" Blower Wheel 10-3/4" X 2-1/8" is a key part of proper airflow in commercial ovens. The 5/8 inch blower wheel, 10 3/4 inches in diameter and 2 1/8 inches wide, is intended to move air efficiently through the oven chamber. When hooked up to the oven's blower motor, the wheel spins like crazy to create a plenty flow of air, helping, no matter how complex the au gratin is, the flow of heat from oven to food evenly. The effective flow of the air facilitates reduction in cooking times, ensure constant temperature in the interior of the oven, and maintain the consistency of products in the oven.
