Description

The Vulcan Hart 00-415780-00008 Oven Blower Wheel is a high quality and long lasting part. It has a 7-1/8 inches diameter, 2 inches width, 1/2 inch hole, flat back and a CCW rotation. This blower wheel improves air circulation inside ovens and serves to regulate heat as well as general heat producing action of a given oven. It has a puller hub and two set screws for installation purposes. Designed for usage in the high usage areas, this blower wheel optimizes energy consumption, minimizes downtime and ensures proper functioning of the oven for its extended service.

Step1: Turn off power to the oven before starting.

Step2: Remove the oven access panel to reach the blower assembly.

Step3: Loosen and remove the old blower wheel from the motor shaft.

Step4: Slide the new blower wheel onto the shaft and tighten set screws securely.

Step5: Restore power, and test the oven fan for proper operation.
