Description

The Imperial 1110 Safety Valve controls the amount of gas flowing to ensure safe operating pressure in commercial ranges. It also automatically turns off the gas supply, when the pressure is above or below specified limits to avoid possible risks. The valve is easy to install and is fixed directly to the gas line of the cooking parts, providing a fine adjustment and a stable operation. Its small size can be installed in small areas without disturbing other parts, and it can be used in kitchen setups. The valve is working during the cooking process only turning on when there are changes in pressure.

Step1: Shut off the gas supply completely.

Step2: Open the range panel to reach the valve.

Step3: Disconnect piping and wiring from the old valve.

Step4: Remove and replace with the new safety valve.

Step5: Tighten all fittings securely.

Step6: Turn gas back on and check for leaks and proper function.
