The Imperial 1274 Range Burner W/Brass delivers gas combustion designed to be used in commercial equipment. The burner measures 11" in diameter and includes a 1/2" FPT connection with 32 natural gas jets rated for 160,000 BTU. It is placed beneath the range cooking surface where the burner connects to the gas supply and directs the flame toward the cookware area. Gas enters through the threaded connection and passes through the jets for controlled combustion. The resulting flame provides direct heat to the cooking surface while the burner assembly remains secured within the range during operation.
